Permanent makeup is the most consequential thing on our menu. It lasts for years, so we treat consultation as the most important part of the appointment, not a formality before it.
Every client has a consultation and patch test before any pigment work. We map the brow shape to your bone structure and facial symmetry, and you approve the drawn shape before a single stroke is made.
We use single-use, sterile needles and cartridges, opened in front of you. Pigments are hypoallergenic and colour-matched to your skin undertone and natural hair colour.
A touch-up at six to eight weeks is part of the process, not an upsell — pigment settles and fades unevenly as skin heals, and the second session is where the result is perfected.
We will decline the service if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on blood thinners, or have certain skin conditions in the treatment area. That is a safety decision and it is not negotiable.

Frequently asked questions
How long does microblading last?
Generally one to three years before a colour refresh is needed. Oily skin tends to fade faster than dry skin, and sun exposure accelerates fading significantly. A touch-up at six to eight weeks after the first session is included in the process.
Does microblading hurt?
A topical numbing cream is applied before and during the procedure. Most clients describe it as mild scratching or pressure rather than pain. Sensitivity is higher during menstruation, so you may prefer to schedule around that.
What is the healing process like?
Brows look darker and bolder for the first week, then flake and lighten considerably around days 7 to 14. They can look patchy at that stage — this is normal. The true result is visible at about four weeks, and perfected at the touch-up.
Who should not get permanent makeup?
We do not treat clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, on blood thinners, undergoing chemotherapy, or who have keloid scarring, active skin infections or certain autoimmune conditions affecting the area. Please disclose your medical history at consultation.
Is a patch test really necessary?
Yes, and we require it. Pigment allergies are uncommon but can be serious, and unlike a hair colour reaction you cannot simply wash permanent makeup out.
