Information we collect

When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email we collect your name, phone number and the details of your enquiry so we can respond and manage your appointment.

When you visit this website we collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and advertising measurement data through the Meta Pixel and Google Ads. This includes pages visited, approximate location, device type and how you reached the site.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Payments are taken in person at the salon.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain service records so your stylist or therapist knows your history and any allergies, and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

With your consent we may send you occasional offers. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or telling us at the salon.

Advertising and measurement

We use Google Ads and Meta advertising. These platforms may set cookies to measure whether an advertisement led to an enquiry or visit. We may share hashed contact information, such as a phone number, with these platforms to measure advertising effectiveness. Hashing means the platform cannot read the original value.

You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at adssettings.google.com and Meta advertising in your Meta account settings.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — website hosting, analytics and advertising platforms — and where required by law.

Retention

We keep client service records for as long as you remain a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that treatment history and allergy information remain available if you return.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@bohobliss.co.in and we will respond within 30 days.
